OCEFM Memorial

Mass Architects, Inc., kindly designed the plans for the OCEFM Memorial, which will be constructed on the front lawn of the Oklahoma Department of Corrections administration building in Oklahoma City. The memorial will be financed by donationsand the annual OCEFM raffle.
